1. Acceptance / स्वीकृति

By using e-Maalkhana ("the System") you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Consent Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

ई-मालखाना का उपयोग करके आप इन शर्तों, गोपनीयता नीति और सहमति सूचना से सहमत होते हैं।

2. Ownership / स्वामित्व

The System and all content and records in it are owned by Jammu & Kashmir Police. Control of police data and user accounts rests with Jammu & Kashmir Police.

प्रणाली तथा उसकी सभी सामग्री और रिकॉर्ड जम्मू कश्मीर पुलिस के स्वामित्व में हैं।

3. Authorised use / अधिकृत उपयोग

Only Jammu & Kashmir Police personnel, and others expressly authorised by a competent authority, may use the System, and only for official maalkhana work. Credentials are personal and must not be shared.

केवल जम्मू कश्मीर पुलिस के कर्मी और सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा स्पष्ट रूप से अधिकृत व्यक्ति ही आधिकारिक मालखाना कार्य हेतु प्रणाली का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। लॉगिन जानकारी व्यक्तिगत है।

4. Your responsibilities / आपकी ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

• Use the System only for lawful official work.
• Keep your password and device secure; report suspected misuse immediately.
• Enter accurate data; never alter or delete records except through authorised steps.
• Do not bypass access controls or access data beyond your role and jurisdiction.
• Follow the BNSS, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, police standing orders and departmental IT security instructions.

5. Official records / आधिकारिक रिकॉर्ड

Entries, movement logs, audit trails and documents in the System are official records. Unauthorised alteration or disclosure may lead to departmental and legal action.

प्रणाली की प्रविष्टियाँ, आवागमन लॉग, ऑडिट रिकॉर्ड और दस्तावेज़ आधिकारिक रिकॉर्ड हैं। अनधिकृत परिवर्तन या प्रकटीकरण पर विभागीय और कानूनी कार्रवाई हो सकती है।

6. Monitoring / निगरानी

All activity is logged for security and audit. Sessions expire after inactivity and accounts are locked after repeated failed sign-in attempts.

7. Availability & changes / उपलब्धता और बदलाव

The System may be updated, paused or restricted for maintenance, security or administrative reasons. These Terms may be revised; continued use after notice means acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Hyperlinks / बाहरी लिंक

Links to other government websites are provided for convenience. Jammu & Kashmir Police is not responsible for the content or availability of external sites.

9. Governing law / लागू कानून

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों के अधीन हैं। विवाद जम्मू और कश्मीर केंद्र शासित प्रदेश के सक्षम न्यायालयों के क्षेत्राधिकार में होंगे।
